First few days!

This is at the castle in Nursberg. It was a good hike up the hill. But the view was totally worth it!!

Here we are in Nursberg. We went there Saturday. It was a super fun day!!!
This is my bed! It is pretty comfy!
And this is my awesome roommate Sara!! She is cool!!
And this is our everything room! We are trying to make it as comfy as we can!

Ok so there are some pictures so far. I am having a great time here. I am getting use to the 32 degree days and the 8 hour difference. We are just trying to keep busy!

Thursday night my mentor teachers took Sara and I to a German pizza place. Where we had our first German Beer!! It was pretty good. And in Germnay they don't rush you to eat. You take your time and enjoy several hours of just talking and laughing and drinking. It was a nice change!

Firday we kind of had a slower day. Did not do a whole bunch! Which was nice! I got a cell phone from my mentor teacher to use. So any one from home and call and it does not cost me anything. So I called my mom, dad, besties and talked to them for a few mintues which was nice. I also got to talk to Jermey for awhile. I woke him up, but he still wanted to talk. Aint he sweet :-)

Saturday we went to Nursberg, about a 45 minute train ride. There we went to some churchs and a castle. Nursberg is where we will go if we need to go shopping! Which we will cause in Febuary we are going to Paris!!! Can you believe I get to go to Paris!! I am so excited.

Today my mento teacher let us come over to her house so we could skype home! It wsa so good to talk to my mom, dad and baby sister. I also got to talk to the Boons. Oh I miss my kiddos!! And JV!! It is just so good to hear everyones voice. So now I am writing this blog and gettting ready for the week. Tomorrow is my first offical day and I am very excited!

I love you all and miss you all so much!!!
